Working closely with industry professionals and corporate sponsors, Katelin leads GIX’s partnerships and engagement programs, distinguishing features of our model for experiential, project-based learning in technology and innovation.
Katelin has spent the past 13 years working in fundraising, public relations and education. Prior to joining GIX, Katelin was the Director for Alumni Relations at UW Medicine for more than 5 years. Before coming to UW, she worked in development and public relations at a large community-based educational and cultural center in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. She earned a bachelor’s degree in English and her teaching credential from Gonzaga University, taught middle- and high-school English for five years, and received an MBA from UW in 2018.
