Gregory Bigley is an associate professor of management and the Longbrake Endowed Professor in Innovation at Foster School of Business. His academic expertise lies in leadership and organizational behavior and his current research focuses on trust, justice, and foundations of learning and flexibility in high-reliability/performance systems.
